We design residential single-apartment and semi-detached houses as well as apartment buildings. Taking into account customer‘s wishes and expectations and applying our knowledge and experience we propose optimal solutions in order to achieve the best result.
We have gained experience in designing commercial and public objects for various purposes. We prepare project proposals, basic and detail designs of buildings, provide all the necessary design services required to receive a permit for construction and provide project implementation supervision.
Individual interior design includes discussing the needs of a client, development of the necessary drafts and visualizations required for the idea implementation. Performing project supervision enables making the best decisions and ensuring that the final result meets our customer‘s expectations.

We design residential, commercial and public buildings as well as interiors throughout Lithuania and abroad.
The company employs certified spatial planning managers (for local-level detailed designs), certified construction project managers, construction project implementation supervision managers, construction project architectural part supervision managers, construction project architectural part implementation supervision managers for special-category buildings and engineering structures.
Together with the project engineering design partners/subcontractors we develop designs for all parts (full-scale) of any size structures that comply with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, construction technical regulations and other legislation. We obtain construction permit documents and provide project implementation supervision.
